2. teleAstro shall not be liable for any discrepancy or inaccuracy in reporting prices or product specifications on the website.
3. teleAstro shall not be liable for any products, information or services mentioned on the website. You agree to make your own independent evaluation of all products and services.
4. In the event of discrepancy between pricing on the website and the final invoice, the pricing on the final invoice shall prevail.

Delivery is carried out by teleAstro's delivery partners. teleAstro and its delivery partners shall not be liable for damage, spillage or change in quality of products within the shipment due to mishandling. By accepting these Terms, you agree that damage caused by mishandling to the shipment will not be subject to refund or cancellation.
2. You agree to provide all documents and details required by customs authorities in accurate form for any international shipments.
3. Delivery times stated on teleAstro.in are indicative only. teleAstro and its delivery partners shall not be liable for delays or quality changes due to delayed shipment.
4. teleAstro reserves the right to change delivery charges from time to time.
5. Shipment tracking details may not be available immediately upon dispatch.
6. teleAstro reserves the right to deny delivery to locations deemed not feasible, even where such locations appear on the website.

All online payments shall be processed via teleAstro's appointed payment gateway using valid debit/credit card or online banking over a secure network. In credit/debit card transactions, you shall use your own card only. teleAstro shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent use of any card rests solely with you.

teleAstro shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from declined authorisation due to the cardholder having exceeded a preset limit.

All payments are subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy set out herein.

Any order placed through teleAstro may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, either through the website or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +91 85108 13111. Cancellations requested after this window are subject to the Refund Policy below.

Before Box Dispatch

Full refund available if you cancel before your Sankalp Samadhan Box™ has been dispatched. A transaction processing charge of 2.5% applies for online payments. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

After Box Dispatch

A partial refund of 50% of the plan value is available once the box has been dispatched, as it has been personally prepared and energised at cost. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

After Guided Activation

No refund is available once the Samadhan Upyog Din guided activation session has been completed. The full service to this stage has been delivered.

Cash-on-Delivery

In consistency with industry norms, COD customers are eligible for refund through store credit only.

Complaint Investigation

teleAstro shall investigate all complaints within 30 days of receipt. The decision of teleAstro on completion of such investigation shall be final and binding on the customer.

teleAstro shall not be held liable for disclosure of your user information, identity or contact details to statutory, local or governmental authorities, or to private investigators and injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing, unlawful activity or pursuant to any legal action or subpoena against you.

You agree to hold teleAstro harmless from any claims or damages arising from such disclosure, and you consent to the terms of such use entirely at your own risk.

1. By posting reviews, statements or comments on the teleAstro website, you grant teleAstro and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such content throughout the world in any media.
2. Even if a review is not published, your rating contributes to the brand's overall rating. teleAstro reserves the right to withhold any review from publication at its sole discretion.
3. You agree that reviews and comments posted by you are submitted voluntarily, and teleAstro shall not be liable for any defamatory, slanderous or libellous remarks made by you.
4. By submitting feedback, ideas, suggestions or proposals to teleAstro.in, you grant teleAstro permission to use or disclose such User Feedback for any purpose, without restriction or compensation to you.
5. teleAstro is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to User Feedback, and may have similar developments already under consideration.

1. By affirmatively clicking "I Accept," "I Agree" or similar phrases on this website, your click shall be deemed a legally binding electronic signature constituting your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. By electronically agreeing to these terms or accessing the website after having had an opportunity to review them, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and intend them to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, and equally binding.

2. If any term or provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
3. teleAstro's failure to insist upon strict compliance with any term shall not operate as a waiver of that right at any future time.
4. All rights and remedies given to teleAstro are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies available at law.
5. These terms shall be binding upon you and your successors-in-title and assigns.
6. teleAstro may assign or delegate its rights, duties or obligations under these terms without your prior consent. You shall not assign or transfer your membership or username to any third party without teleAstro's prior written consent.
7. These terms are in addition to, and do not nullify, any other agreement between you and teleAstro governing your relationship.

Neither teleAstro nor any of its affiliates are liable for losses caused directly or indirectly by non-performance resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, actions or decrees of governmental bodies, exchange or market rulings, failure of communication lines or utility systems, equipment failures, unauthorised access or theft (each, a "Force Majeure Event"). All obligations with respect to affected elements under these Terms are suspended for the duration of such Force Majeure Event.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

The competent Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India shall have jurisdiction to try and entertain all disputes arising between the parties hereunder.

Amicable Settlement

Any disputes, differences or non-compliance arising under these terms shall first be resolved amicably by the parties within 30 days of receipt of written notice from either party.

Arbitration

In the event the parties fail to reach amicable resolution within 45 days, all disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by teleAstro. The seat and place of arbitration shall be Gurgaon, Haryana, India. All arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding upon all parties.

teleAstro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website, the information provided, the contents, materials or products included, or the quality of products or timely delivery of orders. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, teleAstro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of quality, service or fitness for a particular purpose.

teleAstro will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website or products acquired through it, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice.
