Delivery

1. Delivery is carried out by teleAstro's delivery partners. teleAstro shall not be liable for damage due to mishandling during shipment.
2. Delivery times are indicative only. teleAstro shall not be liable for delays.
3. teleAstro reserves the right to change delivery charges and to deny delivery to locations deemed not feasible.

Payment Terms

All online payments shall be processed via teleAstro's appointed payment gateway using valid debit/credit card or online banking over a secure network. In credit/debit card transactions, you shall use your own card only. teleAstro shall not be liable for any credit card fraud.

Cancellation Policy

Any order placed through teleAstro may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 85108 13111. Cancellations after this window are subject to the Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

Before Box Dispatch

Full refund available if you cancel before your Blueprint Remedy Box has been dispatched. A transaction processing charge of 2.5% applies for online payments.

After Box Dispatch

A partial refund of 50% of the plan value is available once the box has been dispatched, as it has been personally prepared and energised at cost. Refunds are processed within 7 working days.

After Guided Activation

No refund is available once the guided activation session has been completed.

Cash-on-Delivery

COD customers are eligible for refund through store credit only.

Complaint Investigation

teleAstro shall investigate all complaints within 30 days of receipt. The decision of teleAstro shall be final and binding.

Disclosure of User Information

teleAstro shall not be held liable for disclosure of your information to statutory authorities or investigators pursuant to legal action or investigation of suspected wrongdoing.

Reviews and Comments

1. By posting reviews or comments on teleAstro, you grant teleAstro the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such content worldwide.
2. teleAstro reserves the right to withhold any review from publication at its sole discretion.
3. By submitting feedback, you grant teleAstro permission to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

Electronic Consent

By affirmatively clicking "I Accept" or similar, your click shall be deemed a legally binding electronic signature constituting your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Miscellaneous

Force Majeure

Neither teleAstro nor any affiliates are liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, actions of governmental bodies, or equipment failures. All obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Jurisdiction

The competent Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana, India shall have jurisdiction.

Amicable Settlement

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice.

Arbitration

In the event parties fail to reach amicable resolution within 45 days, all disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator appointed by teleAstro. The seat shall be Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Proceedings shall be in English. The decision shall be final and binding.
