Honest Guidance, Always

teleAstro's astrologers are required to provide guidance that is truthful, considered, and in the genuine interest of the Member — not guidance designed to generate dependency, fear, or repeat transactions. If a concern is outside the scope of astrological support, we say so.

Accountability at Every Level

Every astrologer who provides consultancy to our Members is individually accountable for upholding this Code of Conduct. teleAstro is equally accountable for how its systems, processes, and team operate. Accountability is not selective here — it applies to everyone, including us.

Continuous Improvement

teleAstro's Astrologer Code of Conduct is among the most rigorous in the Indian astrology industry — and we continuously work to make it stronger. We collaborate with qualified experts to identify non-responsible conversational patterns and develop methods to prevent them.

Member Satisfaction as a Standard

teleAstro maintains active goals to reduce Member dissatisfaction across every stage of the consultancy and remedy-delivery process. We go deep into our own operating procedures to enforce our highest Member satisfaction standards and correct problems at every level, at all times.

Astrologer Code of Conduct

What every teleAstro astrologer
is bound to uphold.

Every astrologer who provides consultancy to our Members — including you — is accountable for the following principles. These are not aspirational guidelines. They are enforceable standards, audited regularly.

No Fear-Based Guidance

Astrologers must not use threatening language, exaggerated negative predictions, or fear-inducing statements to create urgency or pressure Members into purchasing remedies or services.

No False Guarantees

Astrologers must not promise specific life outcomes, guaranteed results, or assured remedies. Astrological guidance improves probability — it does not guarantee certainty. This distinction must be communicated clearly.

Genuine Diagnosis First

Astrologers must invest genuinely in understanding the Member's situation before prescribing any remedy. Rushed, generic, or pre-formed conclusions are a violation of the consultation standard.

Respect for Member Autonomy

Astrologers must respect each Member's right to make their own decisions without pressure, manipulation, or repeated solicitation. A Member who declines a recommendation must be treated with complete respect.

Confidentiality

All personal, financial, relational, and astrological information shared by a Member is strictly confidential. Astrologers must not discuss Member cases outside the teleAstro system under any circumstances.

Referral When Appropriate

If a Member's concern — medical, psychological, legal or otherwise — is outside the scope of astrological support, the astrologer must acknowledge this and direct the Member to appropriate professional resources.

teleAstro conducts regular audits across the entire delivery process — from the astrologer's first consultation with a Member, through to the departments that prepare and deliver the final remedy. When a problem is uncovered, we work with astrologers and our team to fix it — not to conceal it.

We collaborate with qualified experts in Member satisfaction and responsible service delivery. These are not internal reviews only — we seek external perspective to ensure we are genuinely improving, not simply validating our existing approach.

  • No Fear-Based SellingWe never use statements such as "something bad will happen if you do not act now" to create urgency. Decisions made in fear are not decisions made freely.
  • No Revenue-Driven RecommendationsWe never recommend a plan because it generates more revenue for us. Our recommendation is based on your situation alone.
  • No Pressure Beyond Your ComfortWe never ask you to spend beyond your stated comfort level, or pressure you into a decision that feels rushed or uncertain.
  • No Third-Party SharingYour name, details, phone number, or Kundali are never shared with advertisers, third-party marketers, or any outside party without your explicit consent.
  • No Dismissal of Your ExperienceWe never tell you that astrology does not work, or that your belief system is the problem. We treat every Member's experience and belief with complete respect.
Refund Policy

Clear, fair, and honest.

We want you to begin your journey with confidence. Our refund policy is designed to be genuinely fair to you — not written to protect teleAstro at your expense.

Before Box Dispatch

Full refund available.If you cancel before your Sankalp Samadhan Box™ has been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Transaction processing fees of 2.5% apply for online payments.

After Box Dispatch

Partial refund — 50% of plan value.Once your box has been dispatched, it has been personally prepared and energised for you at significant cost and effort. A partial refund of 50% of the plan value is available.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

After Guided Activation

No refund available.Once your Samadhan Upyog Din activation session has been completed, the full service to this stage has been delivered. Refunds are not available beyond this point.

Delivery Issues

Full replacement at no cost.If your Sankalp Samadhan Box™ is lost or damaged in transit through no fault of your own, teleAstro will replace it at no additional charge. We stand behind our delivery process.

Report delivery issues within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Important note on outcomes: teleAstro does not offer refunds based on expected life outcomes not being realised within your programme. Astrological guidance works through probability and planetary conditions — not guaranteed certainty. This is communicated clearly before any payment is made, and it is part of our responsible astrology commitment to you.
